Revoke a user's access

How to revoke a user's access to your Foxy admin without deleting their account, from the Settings > Users page.

    In the Foxy admin, go to Settings > Users.

    From the users list, click on desired user.

    In the popup modal, click on Revoke access.

Notes

  • When you revoke access, Foxy sends two emails. The removed user gets one saying their access to the store has been removed. Every other user on the store with full access also gets one, naming the user who was removed and the admin who removed them.

  • The user stays on the Users page with the status Access revoked, so you keep a record of who had access. To give them access again, delete the record and invite them again.

  • You can't revoke access if that user is the only one left on the store.
