Redeliver a digital product to a customer
How to resend download links to a customer who needs access to a digital product they have already purchased.
This article covers how to resend a customer’s download links from the Foxy admin.

Notes
Resending the email receipt sends the download links as they were at the time of the original transaction.
If the customer’s download links have expired, you may also need to reset their download count before resending. See Reset a customer’s download count for details.
For purchases made with a purchase order, download links are not included in the original receipt. You will need to send the links to the customer manually once the order is approved.
