Digital products and delayed payment methods
How delayed payment methods such as purchase orders and eChecks affect digital product delivery in Foxy.
When a customer pays with a delayed payment method such as a purchase order or eCheck, Foxy cannot verify payment in real time. As a result, digital product download links are not included in the initial receipt.
Purchase orders
For purchases made with a purchase order, you will need to manually send the download links to the customer once the order is approved. Foxy does not automate this.
eChecks (PayPal Express Checkout)
For purchases made with an eCheck through PayPal Express Checkout, once the payment clears you can resend the email receipt from the Foxy admin, which will include the download links.
Steps to resend the email receipt
Notes
For purchase orders, resending the email receipt will not include download links — you will need to send them to the customer manually.
