Customer portal overview
An overview of the Foxy customer portal, a hosted account page where customers can view orders and manage their own subscriptions.
The customer portal is a hosted, embeddable interface that lets your customers log in and manage their own account without contacting you directly. It’s added to your site as a <foxy-customer-portal> element, and handles authentication, display, and updates for you.
From the portal, customers can:
View their past transactions and receipts
Update their name, email, tax ID, and password
Manage default billing/shipping addresses and default payment method
View and modify their subscriptions, including frequency and next charge date (if you allow it)
Setting it up
Getting a working customer portal takes two steps:
Customizing it
Once it’s working, you can:
Style the customer portal to match your branding
Customize the customer portal’s language to change its display language or individual text strings
Set up SSO between the customer portal and checkout so customers don’t have to log in twice
