The Challenge
In managing a small business where you find yourself in charge of... well, everything, looking for ecommerce solutions can be a challenge! There are so many options out there, and it's tempting to just go with something familiar, but the customizability of these big box solutions often don't allow for the back end functions that are most helpful to managing customer relationships and history. We needed to find a solution that allowed us to not only offer a top-notch product but pair it with equally top-notch service provided through customer data and insights.
The Solution
Foxy allowed us to easily add ecommerce to our Carrd website, offer various product types (one-off, subscriptions, and gift cards) and sell/accept digital gift cards. In addition, Foxy opened up several opportunities for third-party integrations (Airtable, Zapier, QuickBooks, etc.) which has taken our systems to a new level of coordination and functionality.
