Retry a failed subscription payment
How to manually retry a failed subscription payment on behalf of a customer using Unified Order Entry in the Foxy admin.
If a subscription failed to process and you want to reattempt it manually on behalf of a customer, you can do this using Unified Order Entry (UOE) in your Foxy admin.
Before you start
You’ll need Unified Order Entry enabled on your store. To enable it:
Steps
If the payment succeeds, the customer will receive an email receipt and the past due amount will be cleared. If it fails, you will see the error message explaining why.

PayPal Express (non-Reference Transactions) does not support subscription modification via
sub_token. Foxy strongly recommends using the Reference Transaction option for PayPal Express Checkout.
