Reset a customer's download count
How to reset the download count for a customer's digital product so they can download it again.
This article covers how to reset the download count for a customer’s digital product in the Foxy admin, allowing them to download the file again after their link has expired.

Notes
Resetting the download count restores the customer’s link to the full configured maximum for their category. It does not extend a time-based expiry — if the link has expired due to the maximum hours setting, resending the email receipt after resetting the count will generate a fresh link.
