Hello all! We’ve been working for quite a while on some consolidation of our systems behind the scenes. Most of this hasn’t had any impact on our users, but we’re prepping for some changes that you will notice. Specifically, we’re moving our forum (and soon after, our helpdesk) to a new system.
We will leave our old forum up, but only in a read-only state. All new discussions will be made in our new community. As we continue this migration, we’ll end up with a much-improved support system and community. Some things that are coming:
- Single user for our community and (forthcoming) support portal.
- Integrated knowledge base, so KB articles will auto-suggest when entering community or support requests.
- Integrated KB articles in-context in the admin.
- Single Sign-On between our support portal and the admin.
We’ll post more about what we’re moving to (Zoho Desk) in the future. (If you’re thinking, “Wait, Zoho? Isn’t that the G Suite clone that’s been around forever?”, that’s probably the most common response we’ve received when we’ve mentioned Zoho to folks. So you’re in good company 🙂 )
