2022 has come to an end and we’re excited to look back at what the Foxy team accomplished as well as what we’re working on for 2023.
New Foxy Admin / Dashboard
Though still in beta (apply for access here), we’ve made a ton of updates and improvements to the new Foxy admin, including:
- API Browser – Interact with store data (via the Foxy API) right inside of the Foxy admin.
- Active Cart Session Management – Easily search, filter, view, and modify active cart sessions (add/remove products, add discounts, and more).
- Gift Card Management – create/manage gift cards, modify email delivery settings, and more.
- Shipping Management
- Template Set Management
- Payment Set Management
Gift Cards
You can now sell and accept gift cards as a payment method at checkout. Foxy will handle the digital delivery of gift cards as well as maintaining balances. Apply for beta access here.
Show/hide Logic Improvements
We’ve added additional filters for showing/hiding content with our customer portal:
- If logged in customer has an active subscription with past due amount
- If logged in customer has attribute
- If logged in customer does not have attribute
- If logged in customer’s order history contains product with specific option (ie: Size = Large)
- If logged in customer’s order history does not contain product with specific option (ie: Size = Large)
- If logged in customer has an active subscription with specific option (ie: Plan = Starter)
- If logged in customer does not have an active subscription with specific option (ie: Plan = Starter)
Sezzle Integration
Get paid in full now while allowing your customers to pay over time (with 0% interest) with our Sezzle integration. Integration instructions available here.
Checkout.com Integration
Accept debit/credit cards (with competitive rates) via our new Checkout.com integration.
Zage Integration
Get rid of high transaction fees and reward your customers at the same time with our new Zage integration. Integration instructions available here.
Pipedream Integration
Connext Foxy customer/order data with thousands of apps via our new Pipedream integration. Integration instructions available here.
Auto-applied Coupons
You can now automatically apply coupons to an order based on customer attributes or active subscriptions. In addition, you can now restrict coupons to customers with specific attributes or active subscriptions.
What’s Next
In addition to everything mentioned above, we’ve been hard at work (or will soon be starting) on the following:
- New sidecart template design
- New full page cart template design
- New checkout template design
- New web receipt template design
- New email receipt template design
- Easier styling and design configurations in the new Foxy admin
- Native automation functionality (ie: subscribe customer to Mailchimp newsletter without the need for services like Zapier or Make)
